Single Statement Audit: No Charge

  • Full, independent analysis of your current processing contract including all fees and discounts
  • Comparison of your bottom line costs to current market rates and any special rates available to you.
  • We will provide as much detail as you wish including costs to process each individual credit card category. Our audit uses the same calculations the processors use to determine your fees, no shortcuts.

Full Statement Audit: $99

Includes:

  • Full, independent analysis of your current processing contract including all fees and discounts

  • Up to 12 months of statements (suggested) used for comparison.

Fee Negotiation & Changeover Management: *50% of First Years Savings(minimum $299)

Includes:

  • Full Statement Audit (above)
  • Full management of changeover is changing processors, all forms executed, equipment returned and setup training where necessary.
  • Comparison of bottom line savings including all fees and rates based on up to (suggested) 12 months sales. Disclosure of changeover cost including cancellation fees
  • We will provide as much detail as you wish including costs to process each individual card rates. Our audit uses the same calculations the processors use to determine your fees no shortcuts.
  • 1 year of monthly statement checks
  • Overcharge recovery in first year
  • Second year of Overcharge Recovery when monthly statement check option is taken for the second year after change over to your new plan.

New Business Setup $150* (applies only to businesses that have never signed a processing contract. )

Package 2: $25/month

Everything In Package 1 Plus:

  • PCI/DSS SAQ completion and updating
  • PCI/DSS quarterly scans
  • Monthly Batch report with balance to deposits

Original setup* includes completion of SAQ and original scan

Quarterly scan and annual update included in monthly statement check (see above)

*PCI/DSS compliance involves a complicated set of rules SmallBizAssist is not qualified to certify any business as being compliant, we are not qualified as a QSA (Qualified Security Advisor) the SAQ (Self Assessment Questionnaire) will be filled in based on each businesses responses to the questions. Our function is simply to fill in the responses from the merchant and schedule required scans. Quarterly external scans will be setup by SmallBizAssist. If a business is not able to be certified it will be the businesses responsibility and at their cost to take the necessary corrective actions. Business agrees to hold SmallBizAssist harmless for any costs related to becoming compliant or for being non compliant.  

Overcharge Recovery:  **50% of recovered funds

Includes:

Analysis of overcharge amounts

All details forms notices prepared and delivered to proper parties.

Follow up as per “Code of Conduct” rules for processor complaints

Escalation to Networks and or FCAC is necessary

 

**50% of recovered funds for first time clients included for clients having regular monthly statement checks. Included (N/C) in second year after changeover if monthly statement check option is taken, thereafter above fees apply.  Included at no charge for first year of changeover managed by us.

Dispute Resolution 20% to 30%

Disputes over cancellation fees or chargeback are billed at 30% of the disputed fee for first time clients. For current clients on a changeover plan or monthly service the fee is 20%, applies to cancellations not handled by SmallBizAssist. SmallBizAssist takes responsibility to all cancellation fees billed in relation to accounts we have helped to cancel unless agreed to by the client.

Service Calls $50 minimum

Service calls by SmallBizAssist are included in changeover fees for any business located within the Niagara Peninsula and for businesses on a monthly service package. Does not include new business or outlet setup.

Service calls have a $50 minimum for any visit to clients not under a changeover fee schedule at the time of the call. Additional fees will apply for mileage and time see us for details.

Please note we attempt to help our clients and past clients by phone whenever possible, we are not technicians and may not be able to solve on site problems but will make sure a solution is found.
